Terms of Service

You’re responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password and API keys confidential. One person per account; workspaces may contain multiple accounts. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service.

You agree not to: misrepresent generated content as a specific real person’s own words without their permission; use the service to spam, harass, or deceive; scrape profiles at abusive volume; resell access; or attempt to break the service’s isolation between workspaces. Generated drafts are your responsibility — review them before publishing.

The service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. The extension operates inside your own browser session and acts only on your explicit instruction. You are responsible for your own compliance with LinkedIn’s User Agreement, including its rules on automated activity. We may suspend features if they create risk for you or us.

You retain ownership of the text you write and the drafts you generate. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (storing scraped posts, training voice profiles in your workspace, generating drafts and images at your request). Voice profiles derived in your workspace stay in your workspace unless an operator explicitly publishes a shared style.

Paid subscriptions are one-time charges per period (monthly or annual), processed by Razorpay; we never store your card details. Coupon codes (including the 100%-off launch coupon) are applied before any charge — a fully discounted plan activates without collecting a payment method. Subscriptions don’t auto-renew silently: renewing is an explicit checkout. Quotas (such as AI images per month and voice analyses per period) are stated on the pricing page and enforced per workspace or per user. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim (which, during launch, is zero).

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections on ownership, availability, and contact survive termination.
